ADG Short And Simple Review: Killzone Shadow Fall Intercept

Killzone: Shadow Fall Intercept Coop DLC is now available. ADG is going to break it down for you and tell you if it was worth the wait. Starting with this video review below

Story

Go behind enemy lines with the ISA. You and your squad are Intelligence Squad Alpha a team of intercept specialists who’s current objective is to intercept transmission that could turn the tide of war.

Concept

• Fight as one of four classes (Medic, Tactician, Marksman and Assault) and master their individual talents.
• Earn bonuses like jetpacks, mortar strikes and more to dominate the battlefield.
• Take on four maps inspired by locations from the single player campaign.
• Bring In notable characters from the main story to expain and bring nostalgia to fans

Gameplay

The concept seems great but as I play I couldn’t help to think the gameplay was very inspired by Titanfall. The’s mission have storylines and even bosses. This four player coop will indeed keep you busy and challenged as the AI is very relentless and they come swarming in packs. You won’t be able to succeed alone. The gameplay really isn’t round based more like a succession of objectives to complete to get your intel.

Notable Cool Things

Some things that make me really enjoy this was the death cam. Yes the death cam allows you to see your fellow mates in 3rd Person view. I hope one day to be able to play a Killzone in 3rd Person so this is a treat. The incredible visuals and details makes it feel like a stand alone separate coop game. Which in a way it is. The maps are gorgeous and my favorite maps in the game.

Short And Simple…

PLAY IT!!!
