ADG Short And Simple Review: The Art Of Titanfall (Book)

I’m not going to waist time in telling you that The Art Of Titanfall is one heck of a book. From the look to lore you will know this is one of the best books of artwork to come from a video game.

On February 25th Titan Books released The Art Of Titanfall. This book details everything that Respawn Entertainment envisioned for their upcoming video game, Titanfall which is their acclaimed debut game coming on March 11, 2014. The book written by Andy McVittie and headlined also with insight by the Respawn creative team is looking to impress fans before their big game debut.

The book takes you deep into the artistic look inside the enemies, the characters and the lore of Titanfall. You can feel Respawn’s imagination and the world that they are trying to put into the game on every page of this book. Alongside The Art Of Titanfall, this book gives you the history lesson of a lifetime to get you prepared for Titanfall‘s debut. The book even begins telling you the story of Respawn and how they where a small group that just wanted to make a game. Learn how it became the most eagerly anticipated game of 2014 with The Art Of Titanfall. As they said in the book, the work in The Art Of Titanfall is the piping under the house to the game. This is where the magic of Titanfall began and this shiny glossed , well made durable masterpiece of a book is a very good representation of it.

“The Art of Titanfall gives fans a no-holds barred look at the thrilling concepts and designs behind the game,” says Titan Books editor Omar Khan. “

This book is another great masterpiece from Andy McVittie and the Titan Books crew. They are known for great work in various art based books such as The Art of Watch Dogs, The Art Of Assassin’s Creed III and more. Andy has also been in the video game industy for more than 20 years writing and editing magazines such as Nintendo Official Magazine, PlayStation Plus and has written his career to Microsoft, Yahoo, and Turner Broadcasting. The experience and combination of these guys show once again in The Art Of Titanfall.

Reading this book is a pleasure and I have read some of the pages over again because I really felt the dreams and inspiration of the Respawn team in this book. This book will show you how dreams become visions and how codes become games.  I truly recommend this book.

A True Artistic Representation Of Respawn & TitanFall

READ IT!! 10/10
