League of Legends All-Stars Announced, Battle in Shanghai May 24-26

Well, The League Of Legends All-Star Weekend has you covered.  These gamers are probably the most strategic gamers you will ever meet or possibly face. So tune in! We could all learn a thing or two.

The world’s best League of Legends players will descend on Shanghai and vie for glory during All-Star Week May 24-26. Riot Games will host top competitors from North America, Europe, China, Korea, and Southeast Asia/Taiwan at the Shanghai Grand Stage arena where they’ll battle to ultimately determine which region reigns supreme. Exciting aspects of All-Star Week:

  • 10,000-person arena packed with rabid esports fans
  • Friends fight and enemies unite to bring glory to their home region
  • The victorious team will earn their region an additional spot in the Season 3 World Championship
  • The top four teams will earn their region a first round bye in the Season 3 World Championship
  • “Skill Events” feature players from top, mid, jungle and bot squaring off against one another

Voting has officially closed in North America and Europe, and the following players have been named all-stars:
