One of Hong Kong’s ruthless triad gangsters is looking to send a message. A gangster who is feared as by friends and fores alike in the Sun On Yee,  The Grand Dragon has decided he must be stopped. Big Scar Wu was stabbed 42 times before feeding his bloody corpse to the Smiley Cat cat food plant’s grinder. He was buried in the bowls of cats. It  It is said that if the wronged receive anything less than a proper burial, their spirit will almost certainly come back as a Hungry Ghost, damned to starve in the afterlife, feeding only on their hatred.

When Big Scar Wu arrived in the underword, they sarcastically named him Smiley Cat, a name that would fuel his drive for revenge. Big Scar Wu is rising from hell with an army of Jiang Shi vowing to destroy the Sun On Yee and to create Hong Kong’s most fearsome criminal empire.
