Just wanted to take a moment to remind people that Lost Planet 3 is on its way, August 27. I know people are skeptical these days about Capcom and believe everything they do are just rehashed games for money. I’m putting my limb out here even though I haven’t played to tell you I think this game will be special. After my interview with Bill Watterson, actor behind the main protaganists of Lost Planet 3, I really think the game will be special. From what I already know from the gameplay to the acting and passion put into the strip. Lost Planet 3 is one to look out for.

If you already hyped and ready don’t forget the pre-orders. Five new unique multiplayer characters, including Hunk from Resident Evil can be yours. along with two rig upgrades in the Gamestop Pre-order. The Amazon Pre-order offers a variant instead of the skins you will receive long range weapons to do your deeds.

Lost Planet 3 outside of just pre-orders are delivering new features. The single player alone is taking us back to the roots of o E.D.N. III, like never before. The multiplayer will be delivering four modes of play.

  •  Scenario Mode gives each team of five players a series of either offensive or defensive challenges and mixes them up with the

extreme conditions of E.D.N. III in narrative based scenarios.

  • Akrid Survival sees two teams of three players compete independently of each other in a series of encounters against waves of hostile Akrid before going head to head in a final PvP elimination round.
  • Extraction Mode challenges both five player teams to plant thermal posts and extract Thermal Energy from the ground. The winning team will be the team that has collected the most energy.
  • Team Deathmatch sees two five player teams battle it out to achieve the highest number of kills against the enemy team

While the final verdict is still out there, I’m confident Lost Planet 3 will least be an experience that fans of the series can be proud of.

To learn more about the passion behind the game from Lost Planet 3’s Bill Watterson, the actor behind Jim Peyton. See my full video interview here:  https://www.egmnow.com/antdagamer/adg-interview-with-bill-watterson-lost-planet-3s-jim-peyton/
