Those lucky people over in japan are going to be getting their hands on a Charizard themed Nintendo 3DS XL this December.

Between November 3 and November 26 gamers can register for a random lottery at Pokemon Center Shops across Japan. Winners of the lottery will be offered an opportunity to purchase the special edition 3DS XL for 18,900 yen between December 15 and January 14.

A must have for Pokemon fans.
