It’s A Dog Fight Dog World…

Dark Horse Comics have announced that the first print edition of the webcomic “Battlepug” will be out on July 4.

“Battlepug” is the brainchild of Mike Norton, who has drawn such comics as “Queen And Country,” “Runaways,” and “Green Arrow/Black Canary.” It is the story of a fearless barbarian…who rides a large pug and fights evil baby harp seals.

In the announcement, Norton was quoted as saying, “When I first made the Battlepug T-shirt, people kept asking when the comic was coming out. So I put out the webcomic and now everybody wants to know when the book is coming out! I guess now people will want to know when the movie is happening?” And the action figures. And the coffee mugs. And the video game. C’mon, get on this!
