Warner Home Video have announced that the final season of “Chuck” will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 8.

“Chuck: The Complete Fifth And Final Season” will include all thirteen episodes as well as deleted scenes, a gag reel, commentaries on two episodes, six featurettes that include a making-of the final episode and an exploration of how the show lasted as long as it did, full versions of the Buy More commercials, digital copies of the episodes, and an extended version of the final episode.

The DVD will retail for $39.98 while the Blu-ray will be $49.99.
