It’s the final countdown

Warner Home Video has announced that “Final Destination 5” will be released on DVD and in a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack on December 27.

While the DVD also comes with a digital copy, the combo pack adds some alternate death scenes, a featurette called “’Final Destination 5’: Circle of Death, Your Final Destination,” and a second featurette on the visual effects.

The combo pack will retail for $35.99, but no price for the DVD was announced.
