Paramount Home Video have announced that “Paranormal Activity 3” will be released in a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack on January 24, 2012, while a DVD of the film will be out February 14, 2012.

The DVD/Blu-ray combo version will feature both the theatrical cut of the film and an unrated version with addition footage, as well as deleted scenes not found in either version, and a digital copy.

The DVD will have the theatrical version of the film, though a DVD of the unrated version will also be available exclusively at Wal-Mart. That retail chain will also exclusively carry a DVD boxed set of all three movies.

The DVDs will retail for $19.99, while the DVD/BD version and the trilogy DVD boxed set will be $39.99 each.
