America…F@&k Yeah!
Walt Disney Studios have announced that the sequel to “Captain America: The First Avenger” will be released on April 4, 2014. So, y’know, start lining up now.
Chris Evans is expected to reprise his role as Steve Rogers/Captain America, and the film is currently being written by Christopher Markys and Stephen McFeely, who also scripted the original.
No director is attached, but among the rumored candidates are F. Gary Gray (“Law Abiding Citizen”) and George Nolfi (“The Adjustment Bureau).
In the meantime, Evans will appear as Cap in “The Avengers,” which hits theaters on May 4.
