Chronicle Of Love And Pain II: Electric Boogaloo

Chronicle Books has announced that comic book writer Jeffrey Brown will be signing copies of his new book, “Darth Vader And Son,” on Free Comic Book Day (a.k.a. Saturday, May 5) at Quimby’s Bookstore in Chicago.

Brown will also sign copies of his book on May 17 at the Comic Art Museum in San Francisco, where art from the book will be on display all month, as well as at the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo on (fittingly) Father’s Day. June 17.

Available May 4, “Darth Vader And Son” is a hilarious children-style comic showing The Dark Lord Of The Sith hanging out with his young son Luke. It’s written and drawn by Brown, whose books include “Clumsy,” “I Am Going To Be Small,” and “Mini Sulk.”
