IDW Publishing and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products have announced that a new comic series based on The X-Files will launch in June.

The new book will be the first since the 30 Days Of Night/The X-Files crossover comic four years ago.

No writer or artist for the new series has been named.

In addition, IDW will also reprint older X-Files comics, some of which date back to 1995. Though there was no announcement as to when they’d be available.
