Also included are a documentary about the film’s composer Krzysztof Komeda called Komeda, Komeda, and a booklet with an essay by critic Ed Park and the afterward to the 2003 reprint of the book in which Levin discussed the movie.
The DVD will retail for $29.95 while the BD will be $39.95.
