It’s not easy been green

Cartoon Network has posted a sneak peak at the upcoming “Green Lantern” animated series. The clip, which shows the opening scene, can be seen HERE.

“Green Lantern: The Animated Series” — which will begin November 11 at 7PM (ET/PT) with an hour-long episode — is being executive produced by Bruce Timm (“Batman: The Animated Series,” “Justice League”) and Sam Register (“Teen Titan,” “Ben 10”).

The ’toon will feature the Hal Jordan version of Green Lantern, and will feature a voice cast that includes Josh Keaton (“Transformers Prime”) as Hal, Kevin Michael Richardson (“Thundercats”) as Kilowog, Grey DeLisle (“Batman: The Brave And The Bold”) as Aya, and Jason Spisak (“Young Justice”) as Razer.

DC Comics are also planning to release a companion comic book in November to coincide with the series.
