Diamond Select have announced a new Wolverine action figure based on the movie, The Wolverine, which comes out July 24.

Sculpted by Gentle Giant, the 7-inch action figure has 16 points of articulation, and comes with three different heads, three different pairs of hands, a display base, and a katana. The movie is based on the 1982 story arc by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller, in which Wolverine goes to Japan).

The figure will be out this fall.

Diamond Select will also be releasing some Minimates action figures based on the movie as well, but have not said which characters will be included (probably to avoid spoiling anything about the movie).
