IDW has announced that Thumbprint — a new three-issue miniseries comic from Joe Hill and Jason Ciaramella, the writing team behind The Cape — will launch June 19.

Based on a novella by Hill, Thumbprint follows a discharged Army Private who’s hoping to start a new life as a civilian, if only what she did during the war would let her.

The first issue will retail for $3.99.
