More than meets my weekly comic budget

IDW Publishing have announced that two new “Transformers” comics will be launching in January, 2012.

“Transfomers: More Than Meets The Eye” will be written by recent “Transformers” scribe James Roberts and drawn by Nick Roche (“Maximum Dynobots”), and will have a group of Cybertronians looking for a legendary lost tribe of Transformers.

Meanwhile, “Transformers: Robots In Disguise” — which will be penned by John Barber (“Transformers: Sector 7”) and illustrated by Andrew Griffith (“Transformers: Foundation”) — shows what happens on Cybertron now that Bumblebee is in command.

after the recent “Transformers: The Death Of Optimus Prime” comic, which came out December 21.
