THE BUZZ: Square-Enix has filed a trademark for Hitman: Sniper Challenge, leading to fresh rumors of a new title.

EGM’s TAKE: A lot of people are claiming that this could be the new Hitman game that Square-Enix’s soon to be opened Montreal Studio will be working on, however the name doesn’t scream big money triple AAA release. The more likely option is that this is the publisher attempting to widen the brands recognition with some sort of mobile game for iPhone or iPad maybe even a downloadable arcade title.
