‎Final Fantasy XIII-2 to Include ‘Change Your Leader’ Option

THE BUZZ: Fans dissecting the latest Final Fantasy XIII-2 trailer released at the Tokyo Game Show have spotted a hidden ‘Change Your Leader’ option.

The feature, which Square-Enix didn’t highlight, appears as the fourth option in the above screenshot. In theory this should allow you to change your party leader in battle allowing you to control all characters and eliminating the annoying Game Over screen if the character you control dies.

EGM’s TAKE: More features and changes are seemingly being added to Final Fantasy XIII-2 all the time, leading the EGM brain trust to conclude that this is likely to be the Final Fantasy XIII game that fans have been hoping for all along.
