Epic Games has announced that it is bringing back the 14 days of Fortnite event this week to apologize for incorrectly communicating the end date.

“We communicated an incorrect end date for the 14 Days of Fortnite event and did not feel the Equalizer Glider compensation was the right approach,” the developer wrote. “After further discussion, we’ve decided to bring back this event early next week through January 15 at 3 AM ET(0800 UTC). We’ll also be enabling some of the most popular Limited Time Modes that were available during the event.”

All 14 challenges that were made available during the event will be available to complete, but partially completed challenges will be reset when the event returns.

The most recent Fortnite update introduced the Boom Box item, which plays music and deals damage to any structures within an area, as well as instantly destroying newly placed structures.

Fortnite is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
