Lab Zero Games is asking for fan’s help to continue support for its all-female fighter Skullgirls. The developer has taken to IndieGoGo to ask fans to donate $150,000 for a new DLC character called Squigly.

Now $150,000 may seem like a lot for one character, but the developer has broken down the full cost of creating her in a handy chart, with costs ranging from staff salaries to voice recording. Squigly will be released on all platforms for free for the first three months, after which she will go up to $5. The project is currently at $135,807 of its $150,000 target with 30 days to go.

Stretch goals include another character, called Big Band, at $375,000, Big Band’s Story Mode and Stage at $400,000, a mystery character chosen by fans at $600,000, and that character’s Story Mode and Stage at $625,000. You can check out the project here.
