22cans’ Godus has crept over its funding goal of £450,000 on Kickstarter with 28 hours to go. As a result the developer has updated the funding page with a new set of targets.
If the funding reaches £460,000–which it already has–the team will add three additional single and multiplayer modes. At £485,000 Black & White writer James Leach has agreed to write the game’s story, at £500,000 team-based multiplayer and first-person world crafting will be added, and finally, if it manages to surpass £550,000 22cans has agreed to add Ouya and Linux support.
The project is currently sitting at £476,240 with 28 hours to go.
