343 Industries Investigating Halo 4 Server Connection issues

Some Halo 4 players have been unable to connect to the game’s main servers for the last three days, according to various complaints on the Halo forums.

The problems are said to have started following the release of the latest Spartan Ops episode on November 26, players are unable to connect to the game’s main servers and are placed in fallback servers, leading to temporary resets of in-game ranks and loadouts as well as reduced XP gains.

“There are a few hundred players who have been unable to connect to our servers since yesterday,” a member of the Halo Waypoint community team posted. “We’re investigating now and hope to have an update soon.”

343 has asked that everyone suffering from this issue submit their Gamertag and region in this thread.
