The eighth entry in Bandai Namco’s series of aircraft introduction videos for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown puts the spotlight on the Gripen E.

“The Gripen E is a light single-engine multirole fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish company Saab,” the publisher explains.

Previous entries in this series have focused on the MiG-29AF-14DA-10CMiG-31BF/A-18F Super HornetTyphoon, and F-15C. A total of 15 trailers will be released in this series, with the final trailer due to release the day after the game arrives on consoles.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from January 18th, 2019, with a PC release to follow on February 1st, 2019.
