THE BUZZ: Activision has announced Men in Black: Alien Crisis for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii.
The game sees players take control of Peter Delacoeur, an MIB agent in training, assigned with unearthing enemy aliens who are planning to destroy the planet. All three platforms will feature two-player split-screen and four-player hot seat competitive gameplay.
All versions of the game are compatible with the Top Shot Elite light gun peripheral, the PlayStation 3 version is also compatible with the Move Sharp Shooter and the Wii version with the Wii Zapper.
The game is set to release May 22 on all three platforms.
EGM’s TAKE: Activision once again chiming in with a movie tie-in game, looking to take advantage of the upcoming film. This appears to be a relatively simple point-and-shoot kind of game, we wish they could have taken some extra time and produced a game that we would find worthwhile, maybe an RPG style title where we could investigate and discover plots, rather than simply going and shooting everything that isn’t human.
