THE BUZZ: Persona 4 The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena is the upcoming fighting game being jointly created by Atlus and Arc System Works, and two familiar faces from Persona 3 have been announced as joining the cast.
In addition to already-announced Aigis, senior S.E.E.S. members Mitsuru Kirijo (with her persona Artemisia), and Akihiko Sanada (with her persona Polydeuces) will be playable characters.
EGM’s TAKE: Most had the assumption that two more Persona 3 characters were going to fill the final two spots on the game’s roster, and it makes sense that those two characters would be Mitsuru and Akihiko. They’re new outfits are sure… unique… but they’ll no doubt be great additions to the game.
