Alan Wake's American Nightmare

THE BUZZ: Remedy’s Alan Wake’s American Nightmare has been located in the Steam registry.

Dsogaming spotted the entry, which may suggest that Remedy plans on releasing the game for PC at some point.

EGM’s TAKE: Just because the entry is there doesn’t automatically mean that the game will get a PC release. Several other games have been spotted in that same registry in the past, such as Final Fantasy VII and VIII, and they were never released. However, Remedy has stated that it would port the game if it was able to, and based on the PC sales of the original it would be crazy not to.
