THE BUZZ: Remedy has released a brand new batch of screenshots for Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, on Xbox Live.

The downloadable title is described as being, “significantly bigger than any episode of the original game,” and is due for release in the first quarter of 2012.

EGM’s TAKE: Fans should treat this title as a addition to the original and not a true sequel, however many of the new features in American nightmare may make it into a future game.
