Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is set to release January 9, 2014 on Windows PC, according to a listing on Amazon.com.
The PC version will include the Blade Wolf, Jetstream, and VR DLC Missions, in addition to upgrades for Raiden. Players will also be able to play any of the game’s cutscenes or codec entries via an option on the main menu. A graphics option has also been added to the game’s main menu, allowing players to change resolution, anti-aliasing options, and more.
“Yes, it’s coming, and it’s coming sooner than you anticipate,” a Kojima Productions staff member said in regards to the game’s PC port on a recent episode of the Kojima Productions Alert podcast. “It’s in the final stages right now. You’ll be seeing it pop up on Steam any day now.”
EGM has reached out to Konami to confirm if the release date is accurate.
Update: Konami has officially confirmed the release date of January 9, 2014.
