Angry Birds Star Wars will be amongst the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One’s launch lineups, Rovio Entertainment, Lucasfilm, and Activision announced today.

Both versions will take advantage of their respective system’s unique features. On PS4, Angry Birds Star Wars will capitalize on the DualShock 4’s touchscreen for “precision handling.” It will also be compatible with PlayStation Move controllers and support Share functionality. The Xbox One version will feature gesture and motion controls and voice command support through the new Kinect. It will also take advantage of the Xbox One’s more dynamic Achievement system for “unique, timed challenges that deliver fresh trials for players well after the game’s launch.”

“The success of Angry Birds Star Wars is a testament to the versatility of these iconic franchises,” Rovio executive vice president of games Jami Laes said in a press release.

Angry Birds Star Wars launches on PlayStation 4 November 15 (November 29 in Europe) and Xbox One November 22, priced at $49.99.
