Anthem

After technical issues delayed content reveals in last week’s Anthem stream, this week’s stream brought info on the Interceptor Javelin, Strongholds, and more.

The Interceptor Javelin has arguably been the suit most highly requested for the developer to show off. The Interceptor is the fastest and most agile of the four Javelins, and we all know how gamers love their ninjas. The stream highlighted some of the suit’s abilities, along with its speedy, close-quarters fighting style.

During the stream, Bioware took the Interceptor and its allies through one of Anthem‘s four-player Stronghold missions. These are some of the lengthier, more difficult challenges in Anthem, featuring no-respawn zones, similar to the Strikes in Destiny. The one exhibited in the stream is called the Temple of the Scar, which involves a lot of tight, interior combat.

As usual, popular YouTuber Arekkz did fans a solid by capturing the stream and giving a synopsis of what’s covered.

Anthem is slated to launch February 22nd on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, dropping one week early for EA/Origin Access members. The game’s previous stream went into Anthem‘s progression and character building.
