Assassin’s Creed 3 Gets A New PS3 Slim Bundle, Seems Pricey

Even though Assassin’s Creed III will be showing up to the party late, it’s getting its own bundle with the new PS3 Slim that was announced today at the Tokyo Game Show. And it’s not cheap.

(Sony posted information about the boxed set shortly before the TGS keynote revealed the new PlayStation 3 model.)

Aside from the console itself, the “PlayStation 3 Assassin’s Creed III Bundle” includes the following:

Assassin’s Creed III
30-day PlayStation Plus voucher

And that’s pretty much it. If that sounds pretty stingy, that’s probably true, especially considering how extravagant other Assassin’s Creed III collector’s editions look in comparison. But we’re hard to please. It’ll probably sell quite well regardless when the game clears its October 30th release date.
