Assassin's Creed

Ubisoft has announced that its next expansion for Assassin’s Creed Origins, Curse of the Pharaohs, will arrive one week later than expected on March 13th.

The DLC was originally scheduled to go live on March 6th, but has been delayed to “deliver the best experience possible” for players, according to an Ubisoft spokesperson (via GameSpot).

In Curse of the Pharaohs, Bayek is on a mission to locate and obtain a mysterious artifact before the Order of the Ancients can misuse it. However, it won’t be that simple, as undead pharaohs have started appearing in the streets and slaughtering civilians due to grave robbers ransacking their tombs. Players can look forward to new areas to explore, new enemies, new weapons and armor, and more.

Check out some new gameplay footage of the expansion below:

Assassin’s Creed Origins is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
