THE BUZZ: Assassin’s Creed Revelations enjoyed the biggest UK launch week for the series to date, according to the latest sales data.
Revelations’ week one sales beat Brotherhood on two counts, with copies sold up four percent and revenue up eight percent. The Xbox 360 version of the game accounted for 56 percent of sales, with the PlayStation 3 picking up the remainder. The game releases on PC next month.
EGM’s TAKE: It seems that opting for a UK Tuesday release paid off for Ubisoft.
