Imagine if God of War and, say, Unreal Tournament had a baby. That baby would grow up to be God Mode—described as “an homage to the retro shooters of years past.”

Basically, it’s a four-player cooperative online shooter in which you run around the Maze of Hades blowin’ stuff up while competing for loot. It is, in a word, arcade-y. It’s all about the funs.

Honestly, any attempt I make to describe what’s going on in God Mode just won’t do it justice, so check out the trailer below to better understand what I mean. Then visit the official website for more information.
