It might be hard to fathom, but we’ve been waiting for Persona 4: Dancing All Night ever since the game was first revealed during a bizarre Atlus livestream back in November 2013. Since then, fans of Teddie, Kanji, Chie, and the rest of the Persona 4 Mystery Machine have been practicing their dance moves in anticipation of an official release date on this side of the Pacific.

Well, we still don’t have a specific date, but we now know that Persona 4: Dancing All Night is launching sometime this fall. A Japanese release had already been confirmed for June 25th of next month, so the delay between releases shouldn’t be too torturous.

The game’s quite a departure from traditional Persona fare?instead off exploring dungeons, the heroes of Persona 4 will attempt to serve demons on the dance floor in the so-called “Midnight Stage.” Persona 4: Dancing All Night features remixes of assorted Persona 4 tunes, which means plenty of lyrics that surely try to sound profound but mostly come off as awesomely cheesy nonsense. (One example: “I went with the flow/Double trouble on the go/Posers kept posing/I’m opposing against these foes.”)

As part of the announcement, Atlus released this lyric video that highlights some of the music players can expect to hear when the game finally hits North America later this year.
