Koei Tecmo has revealed that Omega Force is currently working on a sequel to last year’s Attack on Titan game, titled Attack on Titan 2.

The sequel is scheduled to arrive in early 2018 and builds on the fast-paced action of the first game with “an abundance” of new gameplay mechanics.

“Players will once again don the renowned Omni-Directional Manoeuver Gear as they fight and repel the fearsome Titans that threaten humanity, to restore peace within the walls,” the publisher adds.

More details about the game’s release, platforms, and narrative will be shared “in the coming weeks.”
