Cryptozoic Entertainment have announced that they will release a board game based on Batman: Arkham City in “early 2013.”

Made by the same people who created The Walking Dead board game, Batman: Arkham City Escape is a two-player game that pits The Dark Knight against The Joker, Poison Ivy, The Riddler, and Harley Quinn as they try to escape Arkham City. You’ll not only move characters around the board, but will use one of 40 Batman combat cards to take down the bad guys, who will, in turn, have forty villain cards at their disposal.

The game will retail for $45.00.
