THE BUZZ: Batman: Arkham City has been awarded a Guinness World Record in the 2012 Gamer’s Edition.
The game walked away with the ’Most Utterly Evil Supervillains’ award in the latest version of the book. “Batman Arkham City wins ‘Most Utterly Evil Supervillains’ record in the Guinness World Records 2012 – Gamer’s Edition,” a tweet reads.
EGM’s TAKE: It’s a weird record to set (okay, a completely lame award at all), but going on how many villains Rocksteady managed to squeeze into the game it’s no surprise. Many were worried that there would be too many and therefore not enough screen time would be available for each, however the team managed to pull it off perfectly. The question is, where do the team go from here?
