Batman: Arkham Origins Dev Working on a Patch to Repair Game-Breaking Bugs

Posted on November 1, 2013 AT 01:45pm

Warner Bros. Games Montreal is aware of the issues players are reporting in Batman: Arkham Origins and are hard at work on repairing them, the developer announced on their forums.

“The team has been working around the clock to review, validate, and pinpoint the problems that have been reported,” reads the post from the official Batman: Arkham Origins forums.

Issues reported across all platforms include infinite falling/falling out of the game world, being unable to continue progress from the main menu, and FreeFlow Focus mode not unlocking.

“We believe we know what is causing these issues and need a few more days to validate before pushing this patch through.”

Unfortunately, Warner Bros. Games Montreal is having difficulty solving figuring out what’s causing corrupted saves and crashes on the Xbox 360 version.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you all for your patience as we work to resolve the issues,” they added.

Batman: Arkham Origins launched on Windows PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U last week, on October 25. For more on the Arkham prequel, check out Ray’s Review.
