THE BUZZ: EA and DICE have just released a new gameplay trailer for Battlefield 3′s upcoming DLC, Close Quarters.

The trailer features a new map known as Donya Fortress and offers a glimpse at a new game mode that will be added with the DLC, Conquest Domination.

EGM’s TAKE: DICE is really living up to its promise of close quarters combat. Donya Fortress appears to be a confined multi-level map with quite a few choke points. That courtyard with the fountains seems like an area you don’t want to spend too long in, if you like keeping your head on your shoulders. This whole DLC pack will completely change the way that players approach the game. The speed and action will increase and the lack of vehicles and heavy artillery means that teamwork will be the key to victory. Quick thinking and fast reactions will reign supreme in Close Quarters.
