THE BUZZ: Daniel Matros, Global Community Manager for Battlefield, has unveiled a few pieces of information regarding the highly anticipated Battlefield 3.
Speaking to the German Battlefield 3 community, he commented on the state of mod tools in the game and whether we would be seeing them at some point. Matros shared that mod tools are still being heavily considered for Battlefield 3, however he still couldn’t go into any detail regarding whether or not they would make an appearance. He also mentioned that there will be no time or weather changes during multiplayer games and that you will be able to form squads with friends during the beta.
EGM’s TAKE: We don’t feel that a lack of mod tools in the game will seriously damage its sales in anyway, however it would be nice for budding designers appeared.
Would you like to see mod tools included in the game?
