THE BUZZ: DICE has announced that fixing the ongoing VoIP issues currently plaguing the PlayStation 3 version of Battlefield 3 is a top priority.
The problems were first noted by users back in the game’s beta and have continued since the game’s launch. Speaking on Twitter the developer said, “PS3 VoIP is a top priority.” The ongoing console input lag issues were also mentioned: ”We are quite aware of the issue [input lag/delay] and we’re still investigating it for a possible solution. Thank you for your patience.”
EGM’s TAKE: Problems like this are not good for DICE, so hopefully a fix will be found soon.
