The official description reads:

These exclusive Battlefield 3 dog tags have been treated with a special worn effect. The second tag is a DICE logo dog tag, and both come on authentic chains with rubber silencers. Our exclusive premium t-shirts have been custom designed for superior quality with branded back neck tape, contrast stitching, embroidered DICE labels and swing tag. Limited Availability.

EGM’s TAKE: If you fancy dressing up for your next Battlefield 3 session then this bundle is a must have. The dog tags alone are worth the money thanks to their high quality finish. There are four versions available, Engineer, Support, Recon and Assault, one for each class in the game, and you can bundle each with a t-shirt containing the selected class’ logo. The dog tags alone are going for $15.99 on the store so the bundle will certainly save you a few dollars, however don’t expect wearing dog tags and a t-shirt to make you any better at the game.
