Battlefield 4′s PC servers suffered a denial-of-service attack over the weekend, according to a notice on the Battlelog website and a message on the game’s official forums.
“We are currently experiencing attacks on our infrastructure that is impacting online gameplay on BF4 PC. We are working on mitigating actions,” a since removed message read on the Battlelog website.
“We are being targeted by a DDOS, but working on fixing it ASAP,” DICE’s Ali Hassoon (Striterax) wrote on the Battlefield forums. ”I’m sorry somebody is ruining yours and my day. Rest assured we are doing our best to mitigate the situation though.”
