A new trailer for Battlefield Hardline has confirmed an October 21 release date for Visceral’s first entry in the franchise.

EA officially released the trailer a few hours ago, after it leaked online last night. It shows off car chases, explosive set pieces, shootouts, “friendly” conversations, and more. This isn’t the first time that the good ship Hardline has sprung a leak though. Since the game was announced last week, assets, gameplay, and details galore about the title have appeared online.

Hardline will move away from the traditional warfare that the series is known for, and will instead take the fight to the streets, telling a story of cops vs. criminals.

The game will be officially available on October 21, but EA is still yet to confirm what platforms it will be released on. However, its expected to be available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
