Bungie has announced that its latest bounty event in Destiny will task players with beating Invigorate Gaming in a Control match.

Invigorate Gaming has scored world first kills on both Atheon and Crota and are now looking for a new challenge in the Crucible. From 7 p.m. PST until 9 p.m. PST on Febraury 4 their team will be taking on all comers in Control matches on PlayStation 4.

“The mission (as well as the platform) is chosen by the special guests,” Bungie explained. “Invigorate likes Control, and they’ve been practicing – just like they do before a Raid.” Invigorate will be fighting for the “emblem of legends” (below), and teams that manage to beat them in the Crucible will also be awarded with this emblem.

Invigorate Gaming’s team consists of:

  • LtJohn5
  • Luminosity48
  • Ewoktapus
  • iiskampii
  • Luckycharms343
  • DeeJ_BNG

Of course Bungie community manager David “DeeJ” Dague is not part of Invigorate Gaming, but is there “to serve as a boat anchor to give you a fighting chance,” according to Bungie. “If your crosshairs fall upon him, please be kind.”
