A number of players have been reporting issues with Fallout 4′s Far Harbor DLC, but Bethesda has said that it is “actively working on” improvements.

“We made optimizations based on the Far Harbor beta feedback, but understand some people are experiencing issues,” the developer wrote on the official forums. “We are actively working on more improvements.  As we have news and information, we’ll update this post. Thank you for playing Fallout 4.”

The community believes that the fog in Far Harbor is to blame for the performance issues, but an exact cause is yet to be nailed down.

The DLC is available now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, and features “the largest landmass for an add-on that Bethesda Game Studios has ever created” and includes new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures, dungeons, armor, and weapons.

Yesterday, an 18-member team announced that it is working on a massive mod for Fallout 4 called Cascadia that will include “more quests and locations” than Far Harbor.
