THQ Nordic has chosen to delay the release of open-world action RPG Biomutant until summer 2019.

No reason for the delay has been offered, but to help soften the blow slightly, a new gameplay trailer has been released. The trailer below offers a brief look at the game’s environments, enemies, allies, and combat.

“Set in an imaginative post-apocalyptic universe, Biomutant is a kung fu fable filled with fantastic creatures to discover, dangerous factions to navigate, and colorful worlds to explore with mechs, paragliders, balloons, mounts, jet skis and more,” the game’s description reads.

Biomutant is in development for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
